Clinic hosts will receive one free spot in the clinic! This is a great way for private barn owners to further their horsemanship with their friends at no cost to themselves or for boarding and training facility managers to gain publicity and network with prospective clients while developing their own skill by taking a horse through the clinic. To host, you must have access to a suitable facility with an arena or other flat, enclosed area large enough to comfortably accomodate at least 6 or more horse and rider pairs and the facilites to house horses overnight if hosting a 2 day clinic. An additional cost for overnight board may be applied to the clinic cost and paid to the barn owner or manager. The Evolving Equestrian will provide a digital flyer and assist with advertising.
The cost for each participant is $250 and there is a minimum of 6 participants required for a 2 day clinic. These events usually run from 9am to 5 pm with an hour lunch break. Participants will need to pack a lunch. You will also need to bring your tack, a treat bag, and pelleted hay or feed. Bitless bridles are strongly recommended. Clinic participants must submit a clinic application and a 50% deposit to be accepted into the clinic and reserve their space. A signed release waiver is required for participants the day of the clinic.
Depending on the venue, spectators are welcome at $25 at the door and should bring a chair.
